The kitchen has a dishwasher, combi oven, induction plate, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, juicer, mixer and blender.

The living room has a TV with many English spoken TV-channels.

The fiber optic cable provides a strong WiFi connection.

Around the house is a large sun terrace of 80m2 with a sea view. There are comfortable chairs and sun loungers to relax on the terrace enjoying the ocean view with a good book.

It is rarely needed but the house is equiped with heating.
